Dit is een Nederlandse samenvatting van het boek Health Inequalities van Mel Bartley. Ik heb hier de second edition voor gebruikt. Soms staat het Engelse begrip tussen haakjes cursief genoemd achter de Nederlandse vertaling. Ik maak mijn samenvattingen graag zo veel mogelijk als lopend verhaal, niet als opsomming van begrippen.
